Coffee face and body scrub.
I was a bit sceptical about trying this at first but when I had gone to Turkey in April I was swayed to try this. I decided to give it a go mid-April and I have been loving it ever since. I cannot believe I did not try this earlier!!
You add a few drops of water to a tea spoon of coffee to create a paste and pat it on to your skin. Leave it on for 5-10mins. Wet your finger tips and rub the paste on your skin in circular motions a few times and keep adding water until you have washed it off. It buffs away dead skins cells without damaging the delicate new skin underneath.
It exfoliates extremely well the first thing you notice is the smoothness on your skin you even feel it on your finger tips, it reduces scars, helps with acne, helps with fading stretch marks and uneven skin-tone, stimulates circulation, reduces eye puffiness, tightens the skin, prevents skin aging, reduces dryness, brightens the skin and gives you a glow effect. It also is known to help reduce the appearance of cellulite but that is something I haven’t tried. KEY FACTOR – Your makeup goes on so smooth and flawless!!
As it is not a harsh exfoliate you can use it every other day. It is recommended to use once or twice a week. I personally use it 3 times a week.
Its coffee, so its smells of COFFEE!
Yes, depending as the prices differ, there are many stores that sell these, scrub love, body blendz, also available at boots and can be found on a variety online stores. Price ranges from £4-20. They more or less to the same job, but I would suggest you try it out and take it from there. Feel free to contact me to ask what I use. (Ps. Mine is a fiver)
Very highly recommended for all skin types, especially those with dry skin, scarring, dull skin, aging skin and those who want a flawless makeup base. Only down side is you will smell of coffee for an hour or so.
