Primer

 

Firstly I want to say that I do not regret getting these I am absolutely in love with them.
The Nivea balm works really well as a primer. No matter what foundation you use it sticks on to your face smoothly and effortlessly. Foundation stays on all day.There is no alcohol in this product and it hydrates whilst being on your skin. Plus a little goes a long way and it is inexpensive!! (Skin type tested Normal and oily skin) I have been using this for over a month now.

Foundation

Coverage

I believe this is a medium coverage but with further blended it can get sheer. It is very pigment. For me it looks like a similar coverage and finish to the @narsissist Sheer glow foundations. It looks really natural on the skin and not heavy at all.

Application

The application is very easy and blends extremely quickly. In fact, I think with these foundation sticks it is my fastest foundation application ever. I have tried it with a @morphebrushesfoundation brush M439 it blends well and gives a natural finish, however when used with a beauty blender I feel the coverage is a medium coverage. I now use this foundation with a beauty blender whenever I use this foundation.

Finish

I have found this foundation to be a satin finish. It is not dewy and not matte. I usually like Matte finishes so I set this foundation with some powder.

Lasting power

This foundation holds up well for upto round 7-8 hours, I have not tested it under any setting sprays except for the @maccosmetics fix plus.

Verdict

Recommended and this foundation can be used for all skin types!!
